our lord-of-the-website, eric, reached down his mighty hand and blessed our tiny little nook of the internet (er…or is it a cranny? i’m not certain.), liberating our photos page from its oppressors. thanks to him, our photos page completely works! woohoo! thanks, eric. thou rulest most awesometh.

the most recent was last friday’s dinner and drinks with tony, chef, sheila, megan, and harley. megan only did dinner, harley only did drinks.

i learned that tony is a fan of my posts–especially, he said, the part in carpe diem where i poked fun at mike weaver. tony contributed his interpretation of mike threatening to sue us. indeed, as i snapped this photo, he was yelling, “i’m gonna sue! i’m gonna sue!”

the trouble is, i can’t tell if tony’s captured mike’s adorable quality, or if he looks like a hungry shark preparing to strike. what do you think? leave us a comment!

of course, harley joined us a bit later in the evening, after visiting his friend’s newborn daughter in the hospital. (they don’t read this blog, i’m pretty sure, but still, congrats to matt and jenny greenberg! kaitlyn’s a doll!) he told me he hates when people talk in baby-talk, but i think he was doing it all night before arriving, cos he looks like our special friend in this picture:

okay, okay, i’ve made enough fun of these guys. we had a great time that night. anyway, the last picture from the set i’m gonna show here is one of the two newest roommates (as of next week): sheila and megan!

they’re both beginning new and exciting chapters in their lives, so of course, we wish ‘em well. and we look forward to seeing their new place once they’re all moved in. they’ll only be a few blocks away!

and, of course, once sheila’s no longer our houseguest, let’s face it: i can finally run around the house nude again! hell yeah! nicole cannot wait.
